Please don't ask me how to put these on your phone.  Every wireless provider is different.  Please contact your specific provider for details on how to place these MP3 files on your phone as a ring tone.  However, from my experience ....

AT&T - typically you have to e-mail the link to your phone, or transfer via Bluetooth from a laptop or another phone.

Verizon - typically you have to e-mail the file to your phone, or transfer via Bluetooth from a laptop or another phone.

All other providers - I have no clue.  Ask around, use Google, or call your provider.

Motorola phones with a USB connector -- there's a program called P2K Commander.  It allows you to directly access the data inside your phone from a Windows computer via USB.  You simply transfer the MP3 files into the "ringers" directory and reboot your phone.
